Kampala Archdiocese has celebrated 60 years of faith, unity, and service, giving thanks to God for His guidance throughout its journey and renewing its commitment to the mission of the Church.

The milestone marks six decades of evangelisation, pastoral ministry, and service to the people of God, reflecting the Archdiocese’s contribution to the spiritual growth of the Catholic faithful and the wider community.
The celebration provided an opportunity for the faithful, clergy, religious men and women, and Church leaders to reflect on the Archdiocese’s journey, honour its legacy, and give thanks for the dedication of those who have contributed to its growth over the years.
As the Archdiocese looks to the future, the anniversary serves as a renewed call to strengthen unity, deepen the faith of Christians, and continue proclaiming the Gospel through prayer, charity, and service to others.
The 60-year milestone is not only a celebration of the past but also an invitation to embrace the future with hope, remaining faithful to Christ’s mission and committed to building a Church that serves all people with love and compassion.
As Kampala Archdiocese celebrates this important milestone, the faithful are encouraged to continue walking together in faith, united in purpose, and dedicated to spreading the Good News.
May God continue to bless Kampala Archdiocese and guide its mission for generations to come.
